📋 Description
- Chair disciplinary hearings and appeals as a neutral third party
- Ensure proceedings align with the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and internal policies
- Review evidence, witness testimony, and case documentation
- Deliver clear, evidence-based findings and outcomes
- Support matters escalated to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
- Draft outcome reports that are structured, accurate, and legally sound
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Labour Law, or related field (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations or Labour Relations
- Experience chairing disciplinary hearings and/or ER processes
- Exposure to CCMA and Labour Court processes
- Knowledge of SA labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, POPIA)
- Ability to assess information and make evidence-based decisions
