📋 Description

  • Chair disciplinary hearings and appeals as a neutral third party
  • Ensure proceedings align with the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and internal policies
  • Review evidence, witness testimony, and case documentation
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based findings and outcomes
  • Support matters escalated to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
  • Draft outcome reports that are structured, accurate, and legally sound

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Labour Law, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations or Labour Relations
  • Experience chairing disciplinary hearings and/or ER processes
  • Exposure to CCMA and Labour Court processes
  • Knowledge of SA labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, POPIA)
  • Ability to assess information and make evidence-based decisions
