- UK employment law; ER across multiple EMEA countries (Spain, Italy, France).
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment; influence decisions.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Highly organized; preferred: global tech/SaaS ER experience and cross-EMEA.
