  • Partner with HR, Legal, and leaders for compliant outcomes.
  • Draft investigation reports, consultation materials, letters, and settlements.
  • Support organisational change and workforce planning in EMEA.
  • Develop scalable ER frameworks; drive AI and automation adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience at fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Strong ER experience: performance management, flexible working, investigations, grievances, disciplinary.
  • UK employment law; ER across multiple EMEA countries (Spain, Italy, France).
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environment; influence decisions.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized; preferred: global tech/SaaS ER experience and cross-EMEA.
