📋 Description

  • Serve as SME on employee relations best practices for HRBPs and business
  • Conduct investigations and recommend actions to HRBP, Legal and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Legal to plan investigations and document findings
  • Partner with Legal to ensure consistent policy interpretation across ER cases
  • Maintain case tracking and reports for key metrics
  • Facilitate frontline managers' ER training and education

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 3–5 years of workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Neutral fact-finding interviews, credibility assessments, confidentiality
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication; handle difficult issues
  • Strong business acumen; build relationships across levels
