Guide disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations per laws.
Advise leadership on policy interpretation and proactive ER interventions.
Analyze ER trends to identify root causes and guide policies.
Design and implement ER frameworks and toolkits across entities.
Build ER capability through coaching and training for People Team.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
6–8 years HR/ER with direct case management.
Knowledge of labor laws across geographies; Africa a plus.
Experience with investigations, conflict resolution, policy enforcement.
Stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
Certification (CIPM/SHRM) or ER/legal specialization; fintech exp preferred.
