🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in ER, HR generalist/HRBP or labor law
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR certs preferred
  • Investigations, negotiation, conflict management
  • US employment law, EEO, Title VII, ADA, FMLA
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities
  • Project management experience preferred
