🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HR/ER investigations or performance mgmt.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Detail-oriented investigations with confidentiality.
  • Track and drive multiple investigations and accommodations.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, Title VII, Intl laws.
  • Google Suite and HR Acuity proficiency.
