Case Management: conduct end-to-end ER investigations with intake and reporting.
Interview stakeholders with neutrality, safety, and cultural sensitivity.
Collaborate with Legal and Talent on ER matters across APAC.
Ensure fair, timely case handling aligned to policy and culture.
Advise leaders on ER issues, risks and regional trends.
Deliver ER training and contribute to program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Employee Relations/HR, including investigations.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Data analysis to synthesize complex cases.
Experience in GCC/global/shared services environment.
Knowledge of India's Labour Code and POSH.
Comfort with AI tools to accelerate ER work.
