  • Develop and implement ER strategy with HRBPs and Legal.
  • Build frameworks for performance, conduct issues, investigations, and terminations.
  • Establish consistent decision-making balancing fairness, impact, and risk.
  • Identify trends and systemic risks; proactively recommend policy, training, and process improvements.
  • Lead and advise on complex involuntary terminations across the organization.
  • Partner with Legal and People COEs on exit packages within guidelines and approval frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in ER, Employment Law, HR, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and contemporary workplace practices.
  • Significant experience managing complex terminations and exit discussions.
  • Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters.
  • Former employment attorney or senior HRBP with ER depth and legal fluency.
  • Exceptional judgment, risk awareness, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
