π― Requirements
- 8+ years in ER, Employment Law, HR, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and contemporary workplace practices.
- Significant experience managing complex terminations and exit discussions.
- Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters.
- Former employment attorney or senior HRBP with ER depth and legal fluency.
- Exceptional judgment, risk awareness, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
