- 8+ years in Employee Relations, Employment Law, HR, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and modern workplace practices.
- Experience managing complex terminations and structured exit discussions.
- Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters.
- Former employment attorney or senior HRBP with ER depth.
- Strong risk awareness and decision-making skills.
