  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and modern workplace practices.
  • Experience managing complex terminations and structured exit discussions.
  • Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters.
  • Former employment attorney or senior HRBP with ER depth.
  • Strong risk awareness and decision-making skills.
