🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years ER investigations, employment law, PM, or HRBP experience.
- Knowledge of federal/state/local labor and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Confidentiality and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with case management systems and data analytics.
