📋 Description

  • Conduct investigations into sensitive ER issues, incl. EEO concerns.
  • Provide guidance to resolve employee concerns and engagement.
  • Support People Business Partners and leadership with performance mgmt.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance to promote equity and accountability.
  • Coach managers on ER issues and performance management.
  • Develop ER training and proactive initiatives; analyze data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years ER investigations, employment law, PM, or HRBP experience.
  • Knowledge of federal/state/local labor and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Confidentiality and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with case management systems and data analytics.
