📋 Description

  • Lead ER investigations and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HR experience in ER & compliance
  • GovCon compliance experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Investigation & documentation expertise
  • Employment law knowledge
  • Policy development & governance
