  • Lead labor relations strategy and negotiations across Europe (Germany/Netherlands).
  • Lead preparation, negotiation, and management of works council matters; draft materials.
  • Maintain overview of active matters across Germany, the Netherlands, and others with deadlines.
  • Build trusted relationships with employee representatives; advise HRBPs and leaders.

  • Support employee relations including investigations and terminations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in labor relations, employee relations, or HR business partnering.
  • Hands-on German Works Councils experience; exposure to other EMEA rep bodies.
  • Led or contributed to negotiations with works councils or similar bodies.
  • Fluent in German and English; other European languages a plus.
  • Ability to build trust with employee representatives and advise managers.
  • Structured, detail-oriented with documentation, data, and governance.
