- Hands-on German Works Councils experience; exposure to other EMEA rep bodies.
- Led or contributed to negotiations with works councils or similar bodies.
- Fluent in German and English; other European languages a plus.
- Ability to build trust with employee representatives and advise managers.
- Structured, detail-oriented with documentation, data, and governance.
