- Own and execute New Hire Orientation (NHO) in Seattle, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding, supporting new hires and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
- Manage the L&D inbox, triaging requests and ensuring timely, high-quality responses
- Coordinate and oversee vendor partnerships (e.g., Insights Discovery, Predictive Index), including scheduling, logistics, and communication

- 2+ years in program coordination, onboarding, or related ops
- Strong organizational and PM skills; manage multiple priorities
- Experience cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with logistics, vendors, and high-volume requests (inbox)
- Detail-oriented with ownership and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
