🎯 Requirements

  • BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in employee engagement or HR.
  • Experience designing and implementing engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret feedback and trends.
  • Excellent communication; engage across levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
