  • Develop and run employee engagement and culture programs to foster inclusion.
  • Co-own New Hire Orientation with the Employee Development Manager for onboarding.
  • Create instructor-led training initiatives and materials as needed.
  • Manage WorkVivo intranet and Instagram pages for news and engagement.
  • Lead the Culture Committee to plan events for in-office and remote staff.
  • Create company-wide announcements and internal communications; improve the employee experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 1+ year in office management, culture/engagement, or learning.
  • Strong interest in corporate employee development.
  • Enthusiastic about representing and reinforcing QGenda's mission and values.
  • Reliable in-person attendance at the Atlanta office at least 3 days/week.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
