- Bachelor's degree preferred; 1+ year in office management, culture/engagement, or learning.
- Strong interest in corporate employee development.
- Enthusiastic about representing and reinforcing QGenda's mission and values.
- Reliable in-person attendance at the Atlanta office at least 3 days/week.
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
