- Advise on U.S. and cross-border tax matters for equity and cash incentives (409A, RSUs, stock options)

π― Requirements
- 6-10 years of equity/compensation/benefits tax experience (Big Law or Big 4 preferred)
- JD required
- Deep expertise in US federal and international tax rules for executive compensation, benefits, and employment taxes
- Experience with M&A tax due diligence on equity/compensation and integration workstreams
- Strong communication skills to translate complex tax issues into actionable guidance
- Strong analytical/organizational skills with multi-project priority ability
