Senior Product Operations Manager (d/f/m)

EMnify is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager (d/f/m) to drive operational excellence across our IoT connectivity product organization. This is our first dedicated Product Operations role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. Location: Berlin preferred, remote within Germany possible.

Your Role

We are looking for a structured and proactive Senior Product Operations Manager to drive, scale, and strengthen operational excellence across our IoT connectivity product organization. This is our first dedicated Product Operations role, reporting directly to the CPO, and you will be instrumental in shaping how Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams operate with clarity, alignment, and efficiency.

Your Impact

• Lead the product planning and review cadence, including regular goal alignment and roadmap reviews.
• Facilitate prioritization, scope planning, and alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM functions.
• Own and optimize the product tooling stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Canny) for transparent and efficient workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track roadmap progress, product performance, and delivery health.
• Develop and scale playbooks for planning, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment to ensure operational discipline.

Your Skills

• Operational Governance: Proven ability to design and maintain planning cadences, governance frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in defining and tracking KPIs, translating product data into insights for planning and retrospectives.
• Tools and Systems Expertise: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Productboard, and reporting dashboards, with a track record of optimizing tooling for scalability.
• Effective Communication: Able to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, concise updates across teams and leadership levels.
• B2B SaaS or IoT Experience: Background in a relevant environment with strong understanding of modern product team rhythms.
