Your Role

As part of an international team the Backoffice Sales Manager, acts as the operational backbone of our commercial organization. Your primary goal is to ensure that customer contracts and commercial agreements are correctly implemented once all required approvals are in place.

You will work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to make sure that what has been sold is consistently and accurately reflected in our systems, processes, and customer-facing setup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and collaboration in an international, high-growth environment.

As we work in globally dispersed team, you will be given the flexibility to work remotely whilst being supported by your team based in Europe. Please note this role does require working European hours.

Your Impact

  • Ensure correct implementation of customer contracts and commercial terms in our internal systems (e.g., CRM, billing, provisioning), after all required internal and external approvals have been obtained.

  • Translate signed agreements into clear, executable configurations (e.g., products, pricing, terms) that can be reliably used by Sales Ops, RevOps, and Customer Success.

  • Work closely with Sales, SalesOps, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment on customer status, contract details, and commercial commitments.

  • Maintain high data quality in CRM (Salesforce) and related systems by ensuring that opportunities, accounts, and contracts are complete, consistent, and up-to-date.

  • Support Revenue Operations with structured information and insights needed for forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting.

Your Skills

  • Experience in sales back office, commercial operations, contract administration, or a similar role — ideally in SaaS

  • Strong experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfort navigating multiple internal systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
