EMEA Payroll Specialist - Romania and Overseas

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA payrolls with outsourced provider
• Maintain payroll systems by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
• Review HR data feeds; ensure data consistency across systems
• Collaborate with payroll vendor and third parties for monthly cycle
• Provide payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance
• Update Payroll Procedures manual and document new processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong payroll knowledge across international payrolls
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and local compliance
• Extensive technical payroll experience; improving processes and controls
• Experience with SAP HRIS, ADP Streamline, IQHR
• Fluent Romanian and English; minimum 3 years payroll experience
• Excellent Excel skills; ability to handle data and reports
