EMEA North Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll for multiple EMEA entities with outsourced providers.
• Maintain payroll system and records; gather, calculate and input data.
• Review HR data feeds; ensure payroll changes reflect across systems.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor and third parties for monthly processing.
• Provide payroll and benefits reports to HR/Finance by deadlines.
• Recommend process improvements to boost quality and reduce costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong payroll knowledge across international payrolls; UK payroll mandatory.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and payroll data feeds.
• Ability to gather, validate and input payroll data accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Experience with HR systems data feeds and payroll interfaces.
