  • Lead and optimize lifecycle and engagement programs driving growth across Twilio's product portfolio.
  • Coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, website, Twilio Console, SMS, and in-product experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing driving activation, adoption, and revenue impact in SaaS.
  • Hands-on with Segment, reverse ETL pipelines, Salesforce, and in-product orchestration tools to target audiences.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI agents and automation to accelerate campaign production, experimentation, personalization, and insights.
  • Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel programs triggered by behavior, intent, and lifecycle data.
  • Analytical mindset to explore data, develop insights, and convert findings into actions.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.
