- Comfortable leveraging AI agents and automation to accelerate campaign production, experimentation, personalization, and insights.
- Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel programs triggered by behavior, intent, and lifecycle data.
- Analytical mindset to explore data, develop insights, and convert findings into actions.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.
