🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in change management and strategy consulting or transformation.
- Experience delivering change management on EPM, ERP, or SaaS adoption; finance.
- Design post go-live governance (CoE, operating model) and ownership.
- Senior stakeholder engagement at CFO/VP Finance level; steering committees.
- Prosci/ADKAR or ACMP certification or in progress.
- English and French fluency; other European languages a plus.
