  • Experience with SAP, HRIS, ADP Streamline and local providers.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and SOX/audit processes.
  • Change management and process/controls improvement.
  • Experience as a functional owner with payroll systems.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, sales-driven culture.
