📋 Description

• Drive EMEA payrolls accurately and timely.
• Lead EMEA Payroll team to deliver payroll activities.
• Own outsourcing relationship with Payroll Providers and contracts.
• Manage end-to-end payroll including tax filing with provider.
• Ensure compliance, controls and external reporting requirements.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and audits support.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Payroll Manager for EMEA.
• Experience with SAP, HRIS, ADP Streamline and local providers.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and SOX/audit processes.
• Change management and process/controls improvement.
• Experience as a functional owner with payroll systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, sales-driven culture.
