🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, including 3+ years managing BDR/SDR teams
  • Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales motions and outbound prospecting methodologies
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM strategies
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense, or similar
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German or French are highly valued
