π― Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales or BD, incl. 3+ years leading BDR/SDR teams
- Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions
- Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM strategies
- Experience with CRM/sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense
- Strong analytical skills with data-to-action capabilities
