  • Lead EMEA business development across multiple markets with ABM inbound/outbound
  • Own inbound lead qualification, routing, and follow-up to ensure speed and quality
  • Build a scalable outbound ABM motion and target account strategy
  • Develop and lead a high-performing EMEA BDR team, with coaching and accountability
  • Own performance, forecasting, and reporting; align with Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or BD, incl. 3+ years leading BDR/SDR teams
  • Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM strategies
  • Experience with CRM/sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense
  • Strong analytical skills with data-to-action capabilities
