📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • Significant EMEA benefits development, implementation, and governance experience.
  • Proven track record managing healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs across jurisdictions.
  • Experience with international retirement plans design, implementation, and governance.
  • Strong cross-border payroll, taxation, and statutory requirements knowledge.
  • HRIS experience (Workday) for benefits administration and reporting.
