- Prepare DO-160G test plans (Section 15-25) for Archer products.
- In-house EMC setup, testing, and report generation for Archer products.
- Procure/maintain/calibrate EMC gear (antennas, LISNs, probes, receivers, cables).
- Work with EMC Design Engineers to test and certify Archer products for DO-160.
- Assist teams with system and vehicle EMC efforts (testing, debugging, reports).
- Coordinate with external EMC labs for aircraft DO-160 pre-compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Solid knowledge of EMC gear: LISNs, antennas, probes, EMI receivers, spectrum analyzers, VNA.
- EMC test experience with DO-160G/MIL-461 standards (emissions, susceptibility, indirect lightning).
- Familiar with DO-160, MIL-461, CISPR 12/16/25/32, UN ECE 10, FCC Part 15/18.
- Prior EMC pre-compliance and certification experience in aerospace/automotive.
- Power electronics background with EMC mitigation for emissions, ESD, susceptibility.
- Bonus: certification experience in ECE Reg 10, FCC, DO-160.
