Design, analyze, and test EMI filters for Archer products.
Provide inputs on component orientation, layout, and grounding for EMI filters.
Perform circuit and FEM simulations for emissions, susceptibility, ESD, and lightning.
Provide EMC recommendations for PCB layouts, shielding, grounding, and enclosures.
Collaborate with EMC Test Engineers to certify products for DO-160G/MIL-461G.
Coordinate with EMC labs for pre-compliance and compliance testing.

🎯 Requirements

Strong background in EMI analysis/simulation of power electronics.
Solid knowledge of MATLAB, PLECS, PSIM and ANSYS EM tools (Q3D, SIWave, HFSS).
Familiar with LISNs, antennas, EMI probes, EMI receivers, spectrum analyzers, VNA.
Familiar with DO-160, MIL-461, CISPR 12/16/25/32, FCC Part 15/18.
