BASE SALARY $151,000 - $210,000 DOE

Embroker is a leading commercial insurance technology company revolutionizing the insurance buying experience for businesses. As we transition from a traditional sales-led approach to a dynamic product-led growth strategy, we seek a strategic and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our business forward.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with product-led growth objectives, leveraging digital channels and traditional marketing methods to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital marketing, content marketing, branding, PR, events, and other marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate product features and benefits into compelling integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target B2B audiences
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop integrated marketing programs that support lead generation, conversion, and customer lifecycle management
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in our marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all digital marketing activities, particularly in the highly regulated Insuretech sector
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS, Insuretech, or related industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing digital marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience navigating regulatory compliance and legal considerations in digital marketing, particularly concerning data protection and privacy laws
  • Ability to work cross culturally on a global team
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to perform at a high-level in a remote work environment
