  • 5+ years IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience with law enforcement or government entities.
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships and projects.
  • Able to work autonomously to meet objectives.
  • Strong IT background: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Firewalls; Windows.
  • API integrations and SAAS applications; excellent communication skills.
