  • Serve as primary technical liaison; provide expertise, PM, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Axon solutions.
  • Lead customer engagements from consultant to project manager.
  • Monitor support tickets; provide tier-2 troubleshooting.
  • Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met; maintain records.
  • Location: Remote to start, transitioning to hybrid onsite in Thunder Bay.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience with law enforcement and/or government entities.
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships and projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Robust IT background: image creation, routing, switching.
  • Microsoft Server & Client OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID.
  • Network Administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Firewalls).
  • API integrations and SaaS applications.
