- Citizenship with the country of work and ability to pass security clearance.
- 5+ years IT support or deployment experience.
- Experience with law enforcement and/or government entities.
- Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- IT fundamentals: networks, servers, Active Directory/Azure, SQL Server.
