  • Primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
  • Provide technical expertise, project management, and customer advocacy for Axon products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.

  • Facilitate customer integrations and API workflows.
  • Build and maintain internal networks to support Axon teams and projects.

  • Citizenship with the country of work and ability to pass security clearance.
  • 5+ years IT support or deployment experience.
  • Experience with law enforcement and/or government entities.
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • IT fundamentals: networks, servers, Active Directory/Azure, SQL Server.
