๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Be the primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
  • Develop expertise in Axon technologies (Axon Evidence, body cameras, Fleet).
  • Lead operational/technical meetings to ensure collaboration.
  • Build and maintain internal Axon network to support teams and customers.
  • Monitor tickets, provide tier-2 troubleshooting, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure SLRs and contractual obligations are met.

  • Citizenship with country of work (security clearance).
  • 5+ years IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience with law enforcement/government entities.
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships and tech projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Software image creation and maintenance.
  • Routing, switching, Wiโ€‘Fi, telecom, Internet technologies.
  • Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID.
