- Location: Onsite in Belleville, Ontario (min 3 days/week)
- Primary technical liaison for key customers
- Provide tech expertise, project management, and customer advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with customer needs
- Monitor tickets, troubleshoot (tier 2) and escalate when necessary
- Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met

- Citizenship with country of work and ability to pass security clearance
- 5+ years IT experience in a support/deployment role
- Experience with law enforcement/government entities
- Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects
- Expertise in APIs, SaaS, Windows Server/SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving
