Embedded Technical Account Manager, Federal

📋 Description

• Design, document, and support Axon Evidence architecture for BWC program requirements
• Primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests, incident resolution, and SLA targets
• Lead customer discovery sessions with government stakeholders on Axon Evidence usage
• Provide expert-led support for eDiscovery, FOIA, and redaction workflows; administer access controls
• Manage asset lifecycle for Axon Evidence and BWC, including provisioning, inventory, shipping and returns
• Maintain FedRAMP High authorized Axon Evidence infrastructure and ensure security compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years federal or enterprise TAM experience with government or large accounts
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Axon Evidence.com or similar digital evidence platforms
• Familiarity with BWC programs, video management systems and related hardware
• Understanding of FedRAMP and cloud SaaS environments
• Experience with eDiscovery, FOIA processing and digital redaction workflows
• Asset management, hardware provisioning, and inventory tracking
