📋 Description

  • Embed Workato into partner products through the Embedded BU.
  • Own embedded customers; drive renewals and retention.
  • Build success plans aligning Workato capabilities with goals.
  • Identify risks to retention; lead escalation and fixes.
  • Conduct executive business reviews; show progress and value.
  • Guide launches, GTM readiness, onboarding; enable partner teams; drive expansions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, TAM, consulting, or product management in SaaS/iPaaS.
  • Experience with ISVs or embedded/OEM partnerships is a plus.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle; engage with architects/engineers/product managers.
  • Proven renewal and expansion targets track record.
  • Experience supporting product launches, GTM initiatives, or sales enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with integration/automation/workflow platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) and comfortable with exec stakeholders.
