🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, TAM, consulting, or product management in SaaS/iPaaS.
- Experience with ISVs or embedded/OEM partnerships is a plus.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle; engage with architects/engineers/product managers.
- Proven renewal and expansion targets track record.
- Experience supporting product launches, GTM initiatives, or sales enablement programs.
- Familiarity with integration/automation/workflow platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) and comfortable with exec stakeholders.
