  • Own a portfolio of embedded customers; renewals and NRR.
  • Map customer goals to Workato capabilities; build success plans.
  • Proactively identify risks to retention; lead cross-functional resolution.
  • Conduct executive business reviews (EBRs) to show progress and value.
  • Guide customers through product launches and onboarding.
  • Enable customer teams on Workato's platform and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, TAM, consulting, or product mgmt (SaaS/iPaaS)
  • Experience with ISVs or embedded/OEM partnerships is a plus
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC; able to engage with architects/engineers
  • Proven renewal and expansion targets; track record
  • Familiarity with integration/automation platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
  • BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
