๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Direct experience executing campaigns in Marketo (required)
- Strong QA skills and attention to detail; launch campaigns accurately and on time
- Foundational understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience supporting nurture programs and triggered campaigns
- Comfortable reviewing campaign metrics and identifying trends or areas for improvement
- Understanding of deliverability basics and email compliance standards
- Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort drawing insights from performance data
