π― Requirements
- 3+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletter publishing with program ownership.
- 1+ year experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience developing and executing email growth strategies for subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar).
- Strong segmentation, automation workflows, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Looker, or BI tools.
