  • Own and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention for newsletters.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across the email funnel to drive improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletter publishing with program ownership.
  • 1+ year experience managing or mentoring team members.

  • Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar).
  • Strong segmentation, automation workflows, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Looker, or BI tools.
