π― Requirements
- 4+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletters
- Own email strategy end to end
- Hands on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar tools
- Strong segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and behavioral targeting
- Experience supporting newsletter revenue including ads and sponsorships
- Analytics and data tools experience (GA, Looker, BI tools, CRMs/CDPs)
