π― Requirements
- 4+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletter publishing
- Own email strategy end-to-end with data-driven results
- Hands-on with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar
- Strong segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and targeting
- Experience supporting newsletter revenue (ads, sponsorships, partner deliverables)
- Analytics and reporting with Google Analytics/Looker/CRM or CDP
