  • Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers with a Deliverability Services entitlement
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices
  • Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and IP-related issues

🎯 Requirements

  • Deliverability concepts and customer management skills
  • 2-3 years delivering deliverability services at ESP/agency/brand
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and remediation of deliverability issues
  • Strong communication; ambassador for the team and Braze
