  • Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy
  • Service a portfolio of assigned customers with a Deliverability Services entitlement
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices
  • Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and MPs issues

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of deliverability services experience at ESP, agency, or large brand
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability concepts and customer management
  • Proven success identifying and remediating deliverability issues
  • Polished, articulate ambassador for the team and Braze
