Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our Corinth, Mississippi clinic. This full-time role blends hands-on patient care with clinic leadership and operational responsibilities. The Clinic Director will supervise clinical staff, manage daily operations, and drive quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to patients
• Lead, mentor, and supervise PTs and support staff
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and clinic operations
• Develop and implement treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with licensure, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support clinic growth through community outreach and care coordination

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Mississippi in good standing
• Experience in leadership or clinic management is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
