Position Overview

Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinic in Booneville, MS. This full-time, on-site role supports licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients across a range of conditions. You will assist with treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and safety within a rehabilitation context
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Current Mississippi PTA licensure
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
