Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain function and improve mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations to determine patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy license in Mississippi.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
