Complete benefits investigations with Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS).
Document outcomes of benefits investigation in the documentation tool.
Collaborate with team to provide an integrated approach to quality patient care.

🎯 Requirements

Strong computer skills; ability to learn EMR and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS).
Organized, detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
Energetic, motivated team player; discretion and confidentiality.
PTCB certification preferred; state license required; licensure within timeframe.
0-1 years experience as Pharmacy Technician.
High school diploma or GED.
