  • Resolve enrollment/eligibility issues with SSI, Medi-Cal, Medicare.
  • Collaborate with county Medi-Cal, SSA, and DOH to resolve eligibility.
  • Use state systems (POS, AEVS, MARx) effectively.
  • Monitor benefit statuses for denials, discontinuances, and redeterminations.
  • Oversee placement transitions; obtain benefit changes from SSA/Medi-Cal.
  • Collaborate with O&E and Reconciliation teams on revenue and retroactive payments.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years healthcare admin support experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with local Medicaid or SSA agencies preferred
  • Self-directed, adaptable, decisive in emergencies
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills with seniors
