- Proactively identify participants up for Medi-Cal redetermination
- Educate and assist participants with completing forms, and ensure signatures
- Conduct visits to participants' homes to complete forms when necessary
- Assist with obtaining all documentation for eligibility or redetermination
- Complete and file applications with follow-ups to ensure timely processing
🎯 Requirements
- Must be comfortable with hybrid schedule and Fresno 3x a week
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years Medi-Cal/Medicaid enrollment experience, incl. share of cost and appeals
- Experience with county DPSS submitting, managing, and appealing Medi-Cal enrollments
- In-depth experience with complex Medi-Cal enrollment case management and rules
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
