Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Perform site security; process visitor access and NetSuite cases.
• Complete service order installation and network circuit troubleshooting.
• Install cage, cabinets, containment, ladder rack, and fiber tray.
• Install, terminate, test, and label copper, COAX, and fiber.
• Provide remote hands for client hardware, power strips, and reboot.
• Maintain security/access reports for compliance and escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years Data Center Operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Knowledge of data center electrical power, HVAC, UPS, fire systems.
• Knowledge of data center security systems and monitoring apps.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication; willingness to learn.
